1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the XMenuQR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

XMenuQR provides a digital menu and QR-based ordering SaaS platform designed for restaurants, cafes, dhabas, and bakeries. Our service includes menu management, digital ordering, and associated tools.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Restaurant Data

You retain all rights to the data, menus, images, and content you upload to XMenuQR. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, host, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees for the XMenuQR service are billed on a subscription basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We support GST billing and integrate with UPI and other standard payment gateways. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

The XMenuQR platform, including its software, designs, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of XMenuQR. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

XMenuQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
